Cancellation policy

For any cancellation, the following cancellation fee will be applied:

  • More than 45 days before the first day of the congress: No cancellation fee / Complete reimbursement (not including the bank fees that you may had to pay).
  • Between 45 and 15 days before the first day of the congress: Cancellation fee of 50% / Reimbursement of 50% of your payment.
  • Less than 15 days before the first day of the congress: Cancellation fee of 100% / No reimbursement.
